SUMMER SALE SEASON IN FULL SWING

Paramount Consignment Online

The summer sale season has now arrived.  Pat Costello is virtually a blur as he zigzags from farm to farm making final inspections on the Paramount Sales consignment entries.  Riding high on the success of last year's graduates, we are confident the yearlings offered this year are of equal or greater quality as the last.  When you walk into the Paramount Sales consignment this year, you could not only be walking among a group of the highest quality yearlings, but you may be walking through a barn of winners, and perhaps stake winners.

All Paramount Sales consignment information is now online at our website www.paramountsales.net or the "enter consignment" link below will take you directly to the current listing of public sales.  The information posted includes a complete listing of the yearlings offered, either catalog pages or proof pages, and updates for each yearling will be available soon.  Updates will be revised weekly and will include information on individuals into the second dam.

 PARAMOUNT SALES GRADUATES UNSTOPPABLE!

Seven Winners From Eight Starters In Their First Start

The list of winners from Paramount Sales 2002 graduates continues to grow.  There are now 7 winners from 8 starters all in their first starts.

Enthusiasm was the order of the day for Tottenwood Farm, the breeders of BAGITDON'TCHARGEIT, Paramount Sales fifth winner, who broke her maiden May 29th in a five furlong maiden race at Monmouth Park.  After breaking just a beat slowly, the two-year-old DEVIL'S BAG filly wasn't far behind by the half mile pole.  The dark bay opened two lengths in the stretch and finished with a four and three-quarter length view of daylight to the second place finisher.  The five furlongs was run in :59 4/5 seconds.  Congratulations to Tottenwood Farm, and BAGITDON'TCHARGEIT's owner and trainer, Michael Gill and Gamaliel Vazquez.

Paramount Sales' sixth winner entered the winner's circle at Woodbine on the last day of May.  MAPLE SYRPLE, a two-year-old AMERICAN CHANCE filly dusted her rivals by eight lengths running four and a half furlongs in :52 1/5 seconds.  The filly cashed in on the win taking her part of a very lucrative $60,600 maiden purse.  Congratulations to owner, Team Valor, and trainer Mark Casse.  Reports following the race eluded that MAPLE SYRPLE may be a star in the making.

BERRY BERRY became winner number seven to step into the winner's circle on June 1st.  The dark bay daughter of DEFRERE tallied one in the win column after coming from off the pace to win by a neck.  Congratulations to the connections of BERRY BERRY, owner Hunt Stables and trainer Larry Hunt, and to the filly's seller, Drumkenny Farm.
