We'd like to thank everyone for their compliments on our inaugural newsletter.  It is our hope to make this letter informative and useful.  In that regard you'll find a racing calendar below and there will be more to come in the future.

Also, a special congratulations to Haras Don Jorge.  Glorimar Urrutia informed us that the mare TRUMP CAT purchased from Paramount in the Novemeber Sale 2002, produced very good CAPE CANAVERAL colt in January.  We wish them all the best with the mare and the colt.

 
RACING

SALES INFORMATION

This newsletter will reach you after the deadline for entering yearlings into the Keeneland Selected September Sale.  However consignor information in addition to other information is due at a later date.  With this in mind we would like you to consider Paramount Sales as a consignor for your yearlings this year.   Once again, some of Paramount Sales highlights from our inaugural season are:            

1)  4th leading consignor in the world.
   
2) Sold top yearlings, consigning 12 individuals for a total of more than $6 million.
   
3) Sold $1.5 million dollar colt by DANZIG - CATCHASCATCHCAN (GB) for Castleton Lyons.
   
4) Leading consignor by average in September [for consignors selling 10 or more yearlings]. Paramount yearlings averaged $588,181 in September.
